Nowadays, everyone loves travelling. The more you travel, the more you want to. There are vast sways of the world that are waiting to be discovered. However, one of the major downsides of any getaway is the preparation. The trip planning process itself can suck all the fun out of any adventure (especially if you do not enjoy doing it). An experience should be all about the excitement of the journey, and therefore there should be no room for panic questions such as “how long should be the trip?”, “where are we going to stay?”, “how can we get to the hotel?”, etc.
In short, if you like travelling, but you are not experienced in organizing trips, you are at the right place. Tell us where you would like to go, for how long you want to travel and we will design your perfect trip. And all this in only 24 hours.

How does the trip planning process function?
- Firstly, once you approach us, we will send you a form you need to fill in
- The form will contain basic information which will help us understand better your expectations about the trip- where you would like to go, for how long, what kind of accommodation you prefer, etc.
- When we receive the form back, we will give you a call in order to ensure we understood everything correctly and clarify details
- Once everything is clarified, we will calculate the fee and together with the info form we will send them back to you for approval. Only after we receive your approval, we consider the agreement fixed and we start the planning.
- Consequently, you will receive your plan in the next 24 hours
- We expect to receive our payment in max 7 days after you have received your trip plan
- And voila- you are ready to travel 🙂
What is included in the fee for the trip planning services?
- 2 options for flights
- Up to two different hotels- you receive 3 hotel recommendations which match your criteria
- Sightseeing program for each day of your stay
What is NOT included in the fee?
- Any additional hotels (besides the first 2) are subject to additional charge of €5
- Booking of hotels and flight tickets- we give you only the suggestion, but you do the booking yourself
- Information about the country you are going to- visa requirement, power socket, currency, etc (additional fee applicable- see rate card)
- Transportation information within the country (additional fee applicable- see rate card)

General terms and conditions:
For simplicity reasons we call us shortly “agent” below and you- “the customer”.
I. CONCLUSION OF THE TRIP PLAN AGREEMENT
- When sending the filled info form (travel registration), the customer confirms the agreement binding to and confirms knowledge of the below, pre-contractual information.
- The agreement is considered concluded only after the customer confirms in written form the filled info and the fee. Confirmation should be received via mail or as a text message via one of the social media channels.
- After the moment of the conclusion, both sides are obliged to fulfill the service: the agent- to provide the trip plan, the customer- to pay the respective fee after receiving the trip plan.
II. PAYMENT
- The payment is due within 7 days upon receiving of the trip plan.
- The total amount of the service is calculated after the info form from the customer is received.
- There should be a form of written approval of the fee from the customer- either via mail or through any other social media channels.
- The payment should be done via PayPal. The agent sends a request for the respective amount to the customer, which the customer needs to accept.
- Furthermore, other forms of payment are also possible, based on an additional agreement.
III. SERVICES/ RECOMMENDATIONS NOT USED
- The customer decides whether he/ she wants to use the recommendations from the trip plan- they are not binding.
- The agent will not reimburse the customer for not booking the recommended hotels, flights or sightseeing attractions.
IV. GUARANTEE / OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
- The customer should provide as detailed information as possible in the info form.
- The customer has to immediately notify the agent about any changes from the initial trip plans. Changes made before receiving the final trip plan will not be charged additionally. If the changes come after the trip plan is delivered to the customer, additional charges might apply (see the Rate card).
V. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The agent is obliged to:
- Deliver the trip plan as agreed in the info form
- Deliver the plan within 24 hours after the agreement is “signed” (the fee approval from the customer is given)
2. The agent does not take responsibility in case:
- The flight rates change in the period following the receival of the trip plan
- The customer decides not to use the recommended flight/s and hotel/s
- Anything happens before, during or after the trip
VI. DATA PROTECTION
- The personal data that the customer make available is processed electronically, stored and used for service execution.
- The agent is not requiring any other personal data besides the email address and phone number.
- The website stores cookies which we use in external affiliate networks.
